govt of karnataka gave its consent to the cbi because m.g shanthakumari was opened several accounts without the permission of ceo of the zp while i was working as cao in the zp from the period 1-7-1998 to 27-12-1999
i gave my reply to the govt of karnataka finnance dept denying all the allegations framed against me and also i said i have not opened any of the accounts without the permission of the ceo , and also ceo of the zp said i have opened accounts without permission of kalpatharu grameena bank banashakari / bellandur branches only not any of the nationalied banks like sbm sc road / sbm kavalabyrasandra / sbm rajamahal villas / syndicate bank vijayanagar , cannara bank vvpuram and corporation bank hal 2 nd stage and others
