on jan/15 /2007 tv 9 kannada channel has telecasted the special progamme on shanthamalai ayyappa temple and its fouder shanthakumari m.g  progammae of the days special called saranam saranne at tv.9 kannada channel one mr ranganth baradwaj has conduted the programme with shanthakumari at 7 pm on 15 day of jan 2007 in connection with jayamallas touching of the lord ayyappa feets at sabarimalla long ago
karnataka sabarimalla it is called lord ayyappas imp place were he instucted is mother shanthakumari to constuct one temple immdiatly and finish the installation of the lords temple on the same lines of sabarimalla  and lord himself asked to call the shanthamala one day it will come to the light as karanataka sabarimalla
