after mansoon session last day dr manmohan singh came to the confirmed
and confident coclusion and also his inability as nations
primeminister and also showed and regretted before the nation and also
he puts the whole responsibility and blame on the shoulders of bjp for
not functioning the session and he himself admitted that no important
decisions taken though india is facing with many problems , and also
he has not forgotton to say the problems of raising communal
tensions,there are problems of regional and ehhnic tensions , problems
of terriorism along with problem of naxalism, same time he has not
taken the quota bill reference of sc st promotion, and another impt
bill earlier he promised in the past sessions i.e the women
reservation bill that is also an pending bill before the session
earlier he just promised to pass the 108 constitutional amendment bill
waiting for the lokh sabha approval and other bills etc, he admitted
openly almost no legislative buisness was transacted it is the worst
session of parliament so the session of parliament washout all the
land mark bills like whistleblowers , the land acquistion , national
food security bill are pending with parliamrnt
he himself wittnessed during the mansoon session was a total negation
of democracy and also for the first time urged with the right thinking
people to stand up and to say that democratic institutions should be
allowed to function
in the beginning he said when the bjp strongly demanded the
resignation he said my silence is the best answer for their thousand
questions, just before this mansoon session he was not aware of the
functional democracy of india ? india democracy of the country
known for its free democracy ,what happend today ? there fore he
called intellectual thinking people to act on the norms of
institutions , as a result of all this what happend people of the
country lost the faith in political partys and their leaders,only
scams one after another will wash out all the sessions so far recent
sessions if we take the example of 2010 winter session the scam of 2g
scam common wealth scam like this bjp takes the issues to demand the
resignation of ruling party and then silence oberved this is the past
history what we are expecting from the leaders and their parties is
all false ,our country india was take pride earlier becuase for its
functional democracy but what we have wittnessed in this session is
total negation of that and for the first time pm himself gave a call
very strongly to the right thinking people should come farward and
with one voice to function parliamentry institutions within the norms
of democratic set up...............

us hope whether the next session will not commence with any of the new

one should not blamed democracy for its economic problems and social
injustice to weaker section, it is the result of all our inefficient
political leaders little alterations needed that is possible only
through the womens repesentation must be 33% let us hope again in the
next availble winter sessions and next mansoon session will upa govt
will meet to justify their commitment to the just demand of half of
the population ,
without the participation of women in politics the purpose of real
democracy will not sucess.
