in ability in the mansoon session of 2012 and also so far india was proud of his democratic policies, so people lost cofidence on the politicians and their party , it is natural  every time people expect most of the social justification bills and weaker section uplifting bill and anti corruption law bills and there are 30 bills are all constitutional bills were pending for the approval of the same but what happend all the expections failed and also it make there is no meaning for democracy and its democratic parliamentry system,
there are political thinkers are there and also intellectual citizens should rise voices together

the best remedy for the upa govt to introduce lokh pal bill of 2011 before it go for elections in 2014
the jan lokhpal bill aims effectivly cheqe corruption from its roots
let us hope democracy it self save nation not the corrupt politicians

pm calls parliament logjam a negation of democracy

our pm was least bothered to loss of 10 crores  or any number of
crores because he himself an rbi governer and finance minister in
early experiences , our politicians are very safe in democratic
system, they are not answerable to any parliamentry institutions when
politicians are involved in one scandle after another it is not so big
loss for them because that is peoples money , the whole world attracts
the parliamrntry affairs what happend inside the session india's
parliament passed 4 bills in a month long session that ended on sep 7
,our india is known for its vast and largest democracy with its credit
in the mansoon session only 4 bills passed out of 30 pending ,,,he admitted openly we have just ended a wasted session of parliament with few minutes of work so he calls parliament 'logjam' this is negation of democracy , he is aware of every thing and also if such things repeats the norms of parliamentry democracy will not excuse, it is very unfortunate manmohan singh forgotton the most impt bills of lok pal bill of 2011 and women reservation bill of 2010 and he was aware of those bills the whole indian population are eagerly waiting for the 1 bill , and 2 bill pertains to  the just demand of the half of the population . totally he failed as a powerful pm and upa failed to move any the bills only the expenditures and whole governmental mechinery was active for nothing.  efforts of media only opened the eyes of the citizens that our politicians are courrupt and busy involve in scandles they don't want any anti curruption laws and social justification bills
constitutional bills,........pm not only showed his inability and
incable through out the mansoon session for not taking the imp issue
bills.

cabinet approves the sc st promotion bill means before the approval acbinet consider all the favourable factors which are helpful, and opinions of the state govts,
it is the responsibity of the parliamentry affairs minister to table the bill before the session for its approval
bjp and congress should see that this is an social justicication bill to support the sc st employes in the state cadre promotions,
let us hope this constitutional bill will get approved without any discrimination in the rajya sabha,
providind 22.5% promotions to the sc st employees by that states it is an bill within the limitations of the constitutional limitations,
let us hope bjp and cngress vote the bill without dispute

after mansoon session last day dr manmohan singh came to the confirmed
and confident coclusion and also his inability as nations
primeminister and also showed and regretted before the nation and also
he puts the whole responsibility and blame on the shoulders of bjp for
not functioning the session and he himself admitted that no important
decisions taken though india is facing with many problems , and also
he has not forgotton to say the problems of raising communal
tensions,there are problems of regional and ehhnic tensions , problems
of terriorism along with problem of naxalism, same time he has not
taken the quota bill reference of sc st promotion, and another impt
bill earlier he promised in the past sessions i.e the women
reservation bill that is also an pending bill before the session
earlier he just promised to pass the 108 constitutional amendment bill
waiting for the lokh sabha approval and other bills etc, he admitted
openly almost no legislative buisness was transacted it is the worst
session of parliament so the session of parliament washout all the
land mark bills like whistleblowers , the land acquistion , national
food security bill are pending with parliamrnt
he himself wittnessed during the mansoon session was a total negation
of democracy and also for the first time urged with the right thinking
people to stand up and to say that  democratic institutions should be
allowed to function
in the beginning he said when the bjp strongly demanded the
resignation he said my silence is the best answer for their thousand
questions, just before this mansoon session he was not aware of the
functional democracy of  india ?  india democracy  of the country
known for its free democracy ,what happend today ? there fore he
called intellectual thinking people to act on the norms of
institutions , as a result of all this what happend people of the
country lost the faith in political partys and their leaders,only
scams one after another will wash out all the sessions so far recent
sessions if we take the example of 2010 winter session the scam of 2g
scam common wealth scam like this bjp takes the issues to demand the
resignation of ruling party and then silence oberved this is the past
history what we are expecting from the leaders and their parties is
all false ,our country india was take pride earlier becuase for its
functional democracy but what we have wittnessed in this session is
total negation of that and for the first time pm himself gave a call
very strongly to the right thinking people should come farward and
with one voice to function parliamentry institutions within the norms
of democratic set up...............

us hope whether the next session will not commence with any of the new

one should not blamed democracy for its economic problems and social
injustice to weaker section, it is the result of all our inefficient
political leaders little alterations needed that is possible only
