why the pending women reservation bill not presented in the session

though all the efforts are put to move the womens reservation bill before the mansoon session it has not yet presented , there is no meaning and also there is no reason to ignore the bill, it is already an pending bill since from sep 12 1996, who are the politicians rjd, sp, didi to reject the bill as it is already passed in the rajya sabha on 9 th march 2010, constitutional 108 amendment bill also called an pending bill before the session, upa govt should take this issue very seriously to fulfill the aspirations of the indian women citizens
voters or the indian citizens want the change in politics that is possible only through the passing the womens reservation bill in this session only.
what happend the promise of moilly who stated on march 15 / 2010 that womens bill will be tabled in next month, so congress already said there is no modification in the bill, and also congress is confident of passing the bill in current lokh sabha session, the congress should not give scope for the opinions of lalu 's and sharad pawar or any of the didis who are interested on their own positions, just the present session wasted all the days in discussing only one coal matter , it is of no use simelteniously it should treate all the impt issues which are waiting for its approval,
shanthamalai womens association and its president smt shanthakumari ramachandra very sinceirly advising the womens to fight against the injustice still it has not moved in the lower house i.e parliament though it has already cleared in the rajya sabha on 3rd march 2010.

will all the political parties of the nation will take interst in passing the bill in coming sesstion of the parliament ,is indian democracy is not fair for the womens reservation bill to finalise in the session though the upa govt got full strenth in the parliament to finalise.
all the womens are not ias / ips / ifs officers to take decisions in public life it is still unimaginable postions to face in the family as well as in the society, all the womens of the nation think of politics when the bill pass in the lokha sabha, all the male politicians think their own positions to be in their favour only , in our india womens have less than 9% representation in indian parliament even though they make 44% of the voting population, will all the powerful women political organisations will remaind the upa govt to take all sorts of steps without failure in presenting as well as finalising with passing the womens reservation up to 33.%
all the womens of the country with so many dreams are waiting to celebarate the colour full occassion of the day,

probabally karanataka assembly elections may come at any movement , by keeping in mind the elections and contest of womens in all the assemblies out of 224 if women reservation bill passed by this time propable seats will be 74, so no political parties without passing the bill are not ready to spare to womens without bill moving , so the efforts of mine will go with out result, so in this context i thought of to rise the issue through the leading papers and also requisting the strong women political parties to take series steps aginst the political parties while selecting the candidates and call for the like oppostion political parties for discusion, who are not intersting to select in favour of womes for 74 seats, and also all the possible discussios with the women leaders of congres and jds bjp and independent and others, to realise the political right of the poor /middleclass womens aginst along with the example of one wise wife from kitchen to[ who is also illiterate] sent to assembly she also with the grace of her husband hold the post of cm of the state, so without the money , caste background, without political back ground it is not eassy for the womens to face / contest against the strong monopolied politicians of the day,
so my strong view in this connection , it is not an easy process , it is already an long history in past , not only in our country as well as in global wide aspect .
will democracy it self the problem for the women reservation bill to move in the parliament?
though the constitution itself grants political and social eqality to its citizens without any discrimination , though all the measures are taken by passing the costitutional 73 and 74 ammendments and women empowerment programmes with all this womens are discriminated as well as explioted,

women empowerment is the main aim of shanthamalai ayyappa at kolar in karnataka .women empowerment in india will not to be a distant dream, women empowerment should be achived only through the passing of women reservation bill in the next cabinet session of parliament, women empowerment not only end with the president primeminister and speakers and  few cm.s this is only an significance step for political reservation in the country, thanks to the govt of india declared 2001 as the year of women empowerment swashakthi.thfor the national policy for the women.

the women reservation bill  must pass without any objection it has already passed 10 decades of long path .
why the bill opposed by the lalu prasd yadav and mulayam singh yadav, india vast country we need the reservation for weaker section of women,
there is no reason for the only few selfish politicians if they are true indians  if they have studied the preamble
fundamental rights and fundamental duties of indian constitution,india was the only country in its democratic political freedom and social freedom gtanted to its citizens without discrimination.
in india every women will insist for reservation then only india fulfilled in all aspects.
women of our country should rise and fight for the reservation bill .it is the fundamental right of the women to get the bill pass ,upa leader smt sonia ghandhi shoul fulfill the dreams of the half of the population of our country, there is no question of reservation within the reservation , certainlly womens can refer the all the aspects which are favourable to pass the bill in indian   parliament
